Grievance Redressal

If you have a concern about how Revoca processes your personal data, use this page to submit a grievance. Our Data Protection Officer (Revoca Privacy Team) will review your complaint.

How it works

  • Submit your grievance using the form below or email revoca.ai@gmail.com.
  • We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
  • We aim to resolve all grievances within 90 days of receipt.
  • If unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. Complaints to the Data Protection Board of India are filed through the Board's official digital portal. Until a dedicated portal URL is published, refer to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) website for the latest filing instructions. Visit MeitY for filing instructions.
